3/1/2013 [ ] 50% Deposit paid.
Remember: After March 1, 2013, booth locations will be opened to all exhibitors.

5/1/2013 [ ] Name Badge Registration Form faxed to Houseboat Expo Rep.
5/1/2013 [ ] Additional t-shirts and name badges for staff ordered.
5/1/2013 [ ] Balance Payment Due.
6/1/2013 [ ] Order table and chairs for dock space (if applicable.)
[ ] Verified exhibit location(s)
[ ] Promotional Materials
6/7/2013 [ ] Check-in and receive shirts and name badges (Thursday or Friday.)
6/7/2013 [ ] Set up exhibit. Begin at anytime, complete no later than 1:30pm
central time.
6/9/2013 [ ] Tear-down begins. (No earlier than 4pm central time.)

Thinking of tearing down early? Please don't! Our attendees and fellow exhibitors
have traveled from all over the country to see all that the Houseboat Expo has to
offer. Tearing down before the show is over reflects poorly on everyone, so please
respect your peers and show hours by waiting until tear down time to begin
removing your things. Thank you! We appreciate it!
